Kickstarter Wallet Project: Garzini Cavare Magic Wallet

Garzini introduces their new wallet to the world via Kickstarter!

It’s possible you remind Garzini as the brand I already reviewed in the past. I like this brand and their products a lot! Premium magic wallets, you don’t see them every day!

The novelty about this model are the two card sleeves on the front and on the back with pull-tab system. Hence the name Cavare, which comes from the Italian verb ‘cavare’ which means ‘to pull’, referring to the pull-tabs. Normally most magic wallets have horizontal card slots on the front, and sometimes also on the back. But with the Cavare, Garzini created two card sleeves on the front and back. Each card sleeve can contain up to 4 cards, which gives the Garzini Cavare magic wallet a storage of up to 10 cards.

The story of Garzini started when the creator of the brand, Christophe De Smet, went to Australia on a backpacking trip and he was looking for a fun way to finance his travels. He started with magic wallets with custom prints and he evolved the magic wallet into his own product under the brand Garzini.

During his selling experience in Australia, he received quite some feedback from his customers. One of the desires of his customers, regarding to his wallets, was: the wallet needs to be as slim as possible. So he started to rethink his original magic wallet and came up with the two card sleeves with elastic pull-tabs. No compromise regarding the storage of cards, but keeping the slimness of the wallet in his mind. This is a win-win on both domains! The wallet can contain up to 10 cards, while only being 1.8 cm or 0.7 inch thick!

Garzini is a magic wallet brand, so all the wallets they sell perform this magic trick to store away your bills. This Kickstarter wallet project is no exception on this! They remain the magic system on the inside. It simply works like this: you put your notes inside. The Cavare comes in four different leathers. The original Garzini Vintage leather, the Nappa leather they launched last year, and two new leathers, Brushed and Croco.

The Vintage leather is the original Garzini leather; a top grain buffalo calf leather with a unique mat finish. Plenty of colors to choose from for urban adventurers with style.

The Nappa leather is a natural milled full grain cow leather with a glossy finish. Carefully selected colors to match your business wardrobe with ease.

The Brushed leather is a full grain cow leather with a distressed look. Available in black and brown, this leather appeals to the rugged man.

The Croco leather is a full grain cow leather, enhance by a stamp imitating crocodile skin. Very elegant and sophisticated, this is for the dandy guy.

So, what would I say? Back this project because it’s a wallet that really tackles the issue of bulky wallets. Remaining very slim when fully stacked and having some magic up its sleeve, this is a project you must back!
